I worry about my job and financial status.
That’s the mistake because I have it all under control.
My customers are loyal and happy with my work. They often order new articles (I’m a freelance copywriter) and are satisfied with the results.
Unfortunately… this doesn’t matter to my stupid mind.
I try to avoid negative thinking, and everything is going well… however, sometimes I have crises.
But after all, I think that I don’t have the most significant problem because many people worry not only about the future but also about the past…
Worrying about things that didn’t happen.
Are you feeling it?
That’s the case like this:
- OMG… Why I didn’t say it to him,
- I should have chosen another way,
- etc.
In my opinion, it can be okay if we consider things that didn’t happen one hour… or one day after a given meeting.
But many people worry about these situations after months and even years.
We won’t change anything that comes from the past.
Missed opportunities hurt… I know.
But is there any point in dwelling on the past so much? Maybe it’s worth planning for the future and not missing out on opportunities.
What do you think about it?
